Standard Audiometric
Testing Program
This program is designed to provide
clients with our basic services of
audiometric testing and employee
training. Based on testing 8-10
employees every 20 minutes,
192-240 employees can be tested
per day. |

Employee Testing Notification
Training (TNT) Program
This program is designed to assist
clients with more immediate and
complete OSHA compliance. In
addition to audiometric testing and
employee training, notification letters
are issued to employees at time of
testing. For those employees
experiencing a Standard Threshold
Shift, the required follow-up
counseling will be provided. Based
on testing 8 employees every 30
minutes, 128 employees can be
tested per day. |

Setting the standard in Audiometric Testing. |
| |
|
Noise-induced hearing loss is preventable. Exposure to potentially hazardous noise levels is a fact of life in the workplace.
It is one of the industry's most common occupational health problems, affecting 30 million American workers.
That's why minimizing the risk, both for employees exposed to high levels of noise and employers facing tough OSHA
compliance, is at the core of what HCI is all about. HCI is the industry leader in applying advanced audiometric testing to
accurately monitor hearing and, ultimately, help prevent employees' exposure to potentially hazardous noise.
HCI provides a level of attention to our Audiometric Testing services that are of the highest quality and convenience that
has established our reputation in Hearing Conservation industry for over 50 years. HCI's nationwide coverage brings us
to you. With our national fleet of mobile vans, HCI can schedule and customize a hearing program to match your work
environment. When you select HCI, the national leader in mobile audiometric testing, the result is: LESS INTERFERENCE ON PRODUCTION.

Accurate, comprehensive reporting that does not require the use of employee SSNs: |
| |
In the end, an audiometric testing program is only as good as the reporting and documentation that's generated.
Too often, these programs simply fail because records are missing or incomplete. The hallmark of every HCI audiometric
test is the report it produces. Proprietary, and incredibly powerful, Oracle database software helps HCI analyze data,
create customized reports, and allows for follow-up testing faster and more accurately than any other supplier in our
industry. Even reports for the most complex audiometric testing with hundreds of employees at multiple sites can be
turned around in just days.
Even better, every HCI report is available to customers in real time, 24/7, at www.hcihealth.com.
In order to address the growing concern over the use of SSNs as the unique identifier for employee medical records, HCI assigns each client’s employee a unique, never to be reused, employee identification number. It is a 9-digit number and is unique to each client’s employee. This allows HCI to maintain the integrity of the employee’s test records, stored within our system, without requiring the employer to provide the employee’s SSN. With an eye to the future HCI developed a solution to a growing concern - to keep moving you forward.

Scheduling: Speeding things up. |
| |
HCI leaves nothing to chance in its efforts to streamline the entire process. Our scheduling department uses
scheduling software developed by HCI to optimize the availability of our mobile vans, and shorten lead times.
At any given moment, HCI can determine the location and availability of the entire HCI fleet, helping keep
your program on schedule - and out in front.
