Mobile Health Screening Technicians

CDL Teams - 100% TRAVEL  (Apply here)

This is an opportunity for a TWO-PERSON TEAM (married couples or partners) to be responsible for the transportation of one of HCI's fleet of mobile units to industrial sites to conduct hearing and health screenings throughout the U.S. One team member MUST have a CDL-A with air brake endorsement. HCI provides training to perform health screenings. Spend your weekends exploring new areas. Salary, Per Diem, Insurance, Vacation, 401K. Must submit resumes as a couple or established team to be considered. This is a 100% travel, over-the-road position with overnight stays in hotels/bnb's throughout the year.

Must have: Both driver (CDL-A) and driver helper should have Valid drivers' licenses with unblemished records. Solid computer literacy that includes all peripherals (keyboard, mouse, laptop keypad etc.)

Non-CDL Teams - 100% TRAVEL  (Apply here)

Individual Technician - 100% TRAVEL  (Apply here)

Spend your weekends exploring new areas. Salary, Per Diem, Insurance, Vacation, 401K. This is a 100% travel, over-the-road position with overnight stays in hotels/bnb's throughout the year.

Must have: Valid driver's license with unblemished record. Solid computer literacy that includes all peripherals (keyboard, mouse, laptop keypad etc.).

CDL - Fleet Technical Support Assistant - 75% TRAVEL  (Apply here)

Fleet support operates as back-up role for the over-the-road field technicians both in transportation of mobile units and performing health screenings. Fleet support responsibilities also include problem-solving/troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues, wiring, truck/van maintenance, testing instrumentation and equipment. Familiarity with Audiometric and Respirator Fit testing is helpful. HCI provides training to perform health screenings.

Must have: Valid CDL Class A with airbrake endorsement and an unblemished record. Solid computer literacy that includes all peripherals (keyboard, mouse, laptop keypad etc.). Mechanical aptitude, ability to work alone or as part of a team. Strong organization and customer service skills. Position requires a significant amount of short notice travel for periods of up to several weeks.

Occupational Audiologist - 20-30% TRAVEL  (Apply here)

HCI has opportunities for Occupational Audiologists (AuD) to join our team and to serve as part of our office and field staff. A full-time staff audiologist will perform audiology reviews (identify problem audiograms, assess validity of test results, and need for baseline revision, etc.), educate and train audiometric technicians through CAOHC courses, onsite field training on mobile units and annual HCI in-service programs, as well as provide back-up field support on mobile units as necessary. A staff audiologist will also provide written determinations of work relatedness of Standard Threshold Shifts as prescribed by OSHA and write Opinion Letters in response to Worker's Compensation claims for hearing loss (appearing as expert witness if necessary for HCI client companies in defense of Comp cases).

Must have:
1. AuD in audiology (Audiologist with a master's degree may be considered for the right candidate with occupational experience)
2. Current Audiology license with eligibility for Illinois licensure
3. Familiarity with OSHA Hearing Conservation Amendment and working knowledge of regulations
4. Valid driver's license
5. ASHA CCC-A
6. CAOHC CD and PS-A certificates are a plus

Minimum 2 years of occupational experience; 5 years overall audiologist experience preferred. Availability to travel on a limited basis.
